The Fisher F5 metal detector is powered by two crowns. It is efficient from 6 to 20V. Current consumption 22mA at 16V.
Fisher F5 has a 13-bit MCP3301 ADC.
In these metal detectors, the transmitting part often fails.
For normal operation of the device, the output of the transmitter should be a signal as in the given oscillogramm.
