Ground Stryker MX300 repair - sensor coil.

There are times when the Ground Stryker MX300 metal detector needs to be replaced with a cable.

To replace the cable, remove the compound near the cable entry point into the coil body.

To remove the compound, use a hairdryer, for two - three times, to warm up the place of removal well and carefully clean the place of cable connection with a small screwdriver. The hot compound easily lags the surface.

The coil is connected by two cables.

Receiving coil - cable color black. Single colorless conductor in shielded cable.

Transmission coil - cable color black. Two cores, red and brown, in a shielded cable.

After repair, fill the coil again with epoxy glue or silicone sealant. The sealant is black or colorless.
